BVA work together with High Schools within their Structured Workplace Learning programs to help young teens develop skills and to experience what this industry is really like before making their final vocational decision. It gives them the start they need to get themselves on their way to becoming either a Sheet Metal Worker or Boilermaker if that’s what they believe they want to do.
Ken and Sharon feel that this stage of a young teens life is very important and they are very devoted to helping out all schools. Schools we have been involved with are Newton Moore Senior High, Australind Senior High, Eaton Community College, Bunbury Senior High, Harvey Ag School, Grace Christian and the South West Institute of Technology.
BVA also work together with CCI to provide our staff with relevant traineeships and apprenticeships making sure all staff are well trained and fully qualified. Our office display wall has a number of certificates received from schools and training institutions showing their appreciation for our assistance within their training programs.
