BVA Metal Fabrications is made up of industry experts who have been working for a number of years in the metal fabrication profession. We have an apprentice training program to train future experts and we use all of our experience to constantly improve our business, services, and quality of work. We’re a team who’s seen it all and can handle any job you have for us.
Ken Godley - Managing Director
Ken is the Managing Director of BVA Metal Fabrications. Ken completed his Trade Certificate in 1st Class Sheet Metal work in 1980 and has over 37 years experience in the Metal Fabrication industry.
Ken actively overlooks the supervisors and workshop staff to ensure the workshop is working to its best ability. Ken also does the estimating and pricing of completed jobs.
In 2007 Ken completed the Curtin Growth Program and in 2012 completed a Diploma of Management.
Caitlyn Hayes - Office Administrator
Caitlyn is the daughter of Ken and Sharon Godley and started working in office administration at BVA Metal Fabrications in July 2010.
Prior to this Caitlyn had completed her Diploma in Child Care Services and was actively working in that field. Caitlyn has also completed Cert III in Business Administration and her Diploma in Business Management while working for BVA.
Caitlyn is also a busy mother to two children William and Madison. She works three days at week
Sharon Godley - Office Administrator
Sharon is Ken's wife and job shares with Caitlyn working the other 2 days in the office. Sharon has been actively involved with the business since she and Ken opened it back in 1989.
Sharon has many years of administration experience behind her and has also done her Certificate III in Aged Care. She does grandmother duties on her days off.
Ben Everitt - Work Shop & Site Supervisor
Ben has been working with BVA Metal Fabrications since 2007. Ben has completed both his Engineering Fabrication Trade Certificate and his Boilermaker/Welder Certificate and has over 14 years experience behind him.
Ben is responsible for monitoring the workshop and on site staffs progress and overlooking all jobs that enter our workshop
